MedCourse Cancellation Policy Explained
MedCourse facilitates customer cancellations and refunds according to the cancellation policies of individual providers, which can be found on their provider page.
If you wish to request a cancellation which is eligible for a refund, the outcome is determined according to the provider’s cancellation policy:
- Cancellation requests eligible for a full refund – MedCourse will issue a full refund and inform both customer and provider.
- Cancellation requests eligible for a partial refund – MedCourse will act as a liaison between customer and provider to ensure the appropriate refund is issued.
- Cancellation requests ineligible for a refund – MedCourse will liaise with providers to see if there is an alternative solution available to the customer.
Cancellation requests are processed according to the provider’s cancellation policy at the time of purchase. Eligibility is calculated from the date that the request was sent.
