Mentoring Skills for Doctors is a 1-day workshop from the Teach the Teacher range. The focus is on enhancing doctors’ ability to develop colleagues on a 1-to-1 basis, with attention to fostering resilience and professionalism. Participants explore best practices in teaching, coaching, and mentoring to become skilled helpers valued by others.
