This three-hour, interactive course is for healthcare leaders who want to learn how to resolve conflict effectively. It complements our course on recognizing and managing team conflict.
- We will examine a conflict resolution process that includes:
- An overview of the process structure
- How to manage individual and group meetings
- How to build safety into the process
- How to achieve powerful, practical commitments to change
- How to monitor outcomes
You will work in breakout groups to discuss the challenges of conflict resolution and how to apply the process to real-life scenarios.
This course is led by Liz Price, Head of Training, CPD and Risk Advisory Services at MDDUS. It is accredited by the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians for 3 CPD credits.
