About this course
A personalised one-to-one interview coaching service for doctors applying to salaried GP and GP partnership positions. Each session lasts 1.5 hours and is conducted by experienced trainers either by webcam or telephone, offering complete flexibility.
Sessions are tailored entirely to your individual needs and adapted to the specific posts you have applied to. Before the session, trainers contact you to review your CV, application form, job description, and person specification so they can prepare thoroughly. During the session, you'll discuss your experience and interview concerns, complete a timed mock interview to identify strengths and weaknesses, work through key interview techniques and frameworks, practise further with mini mock interviews, and receive guidance on body language and other interview skills. After the session, you have access to post-course email support to address any follow-up questions.
