List as many courses as you like – there is no course cap and no click cap. Three of your listings are promoted in the main search and category results; the rest stay published, indexed and findable, just ranked lower. Live events always sit at the top, sorted by date, and never get demoted – though each live event uses one of your three promoted slots. You get a provider profile and a monthly click report, and visitors reach your site through our tracked redirect.

On Premium, all of your courses appear in the main listings – nothing is demoted. You also get the MedCourse Verified badge, an image gallery and full-length descriptions, a reviews block, deeper analytics, newsletter inclusion, and a direct, visible link to your own website (free listings use a tracked redirect).

It gives search engines and AI answer engines another authoritative, well-structured place to find and reference your courses. AI answers are typically assembled from multiple third-party sources, so being on a large, structured aggregator means there’s one more credible place your courses can be found and reused.

Every time a visitor clicks through from one of your MedCourse listings to your own website. Each visitor is de-duplicated within a one-hour window, so accidental double-clicks don’t count against your bill.

Premium providers carry the MedCourse Verified mark across their listings. It tells doctors we have reviewed the provider against our standards (legitimacy, relevance to UK resident doctors, accurate listings, credible delivery, fair terms and good standing) and back them as a credible source. It isn’t sold as a standalone badge: we review before listing and remove it if standards slip. It covers the provider, not a guarantee of every individual course.

We help you set up affiliate tracking on your existing booking system – typically a WordPress plugin, a WooCommerce hook, or a Refersion / Awin / Impact account if you have one. Where that is not possible, we use the pay-per-click option instead.

No problem – pay-per-click is the alternative. £1 per click through to your site, billed at the end of each month. You only pay for traffic we actually send you.

You pick one billing model – 10% commission on tracked sales, or £1 per click-through. Your monthly bill is whichever is higher: £20, or what your chosen model came to that month. So if you are on commission and earn £35 of commission, you pay £35; if you only earned £8, you pay the £20 floor.
