Get personalised one-to-one preparation for your NHS consultant interview with an experienced ISC Medical coach, delivered live online via Zoom. Your 90-minute session is tailored to you, your experience and the specific consultant post you are applying for. Before your session, your coach can review your CV or application form, together with the job description and person specification.
A typical 90-minute session includes a discussion of your interview, experience and priorities; a realistic timed mock consultant interview; detailed feedback on the content, structure and delivery of your answers; focused coaching on areas that need development; and further interview questions and practice to put the feedback into action.
You can book a single session, use several sessions as a personalised coaching programme, or combine your coaching with the Consultant Interview Course. ISC Medical has been preparing doctors for senior medical interviews for more than 22 years. The coaching is tailored to help you demonstrate leadership, judgement, communication skills and an understanding of your wider responsibilities as a consultant. Rather than providing scripts to memorise, the coaches help you understand what the panel is looking for, identify the strongest evidence from your own experience, and develop answers that are structured and convincing while still sounding authentic.
