British Cardiovascular Society

Founded in 1922, the British Cardiovascular Society (BCS) has grown into a leading organisation dedicated to advancing cardiovascular health across the UK.

With a membership of over 3,000 professionals, including most UK consultant cardiologists, the BCS also welcomes specialist registrars, GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals with an interest in cardiovascular medicine. In 2002, the Society became a UK Registered Charity, further solidifying its commitment to improving heart health nationwide.
