Med Success UK's 1:1 Interview Coaching is a personalised three-step programme designed to turn shortlisted candidates into appointable ones. The programme is tailored to your CV, career stage, and target role (Consultant, Registrar, CST, Trust Grade, and others) and provides expert-led support through a structured coaching process.
The programme consists of three key steps. Step 1 is a tailored mock interview (45 minutes) designed around your specific post, assessing your structure, content, communication style, and how effectively you present your experience. Step 2 is a personalised coaching and CV review session (30 minutes) conducted immediately after, where coaches analyse your performance in detail, review your CV and application narrative, identify what appointing panels are looking for at your level, and develop a clear, personalised strategy for structuring high-impact answers. Step 3 is a follow-up mock interview (scheduled 10–14 days later) to allow you to implement feedback and consolidate progress, ensuring improvements are embedded and delivered confidently under interview conditions.
Unlike one-off mock interviews, this programme provides an iterative cycle of assessment, coaching, and reassessment, mirroring how senior clinicians develop real performance improvement. You leave each session with practical, actionable changes tailored to your needs, not generic advice. The coaching team works with candidates across medical specialties and training grades, from foundation doctors through to consultants.
