About Dr. Reena Kotecha
Dr. Reena Kotecha studied medicine and undertook a research degree in Neuroscience and Mental Health at Imperial College London, working for a time as a hospital doctor in the NHS. While training, she also trained in the use of Mindfulness Meditation at the British Mindfulness Institute, becoming a certified 'Search Inside Yourself' tutor, helping others to harness mindfulness-based emotional intelligence.
