How does the UKMLA affect the PLAB exams?
If you are an international medical graduate, you will still book your exams under the "PLAB" name in 2025 and 2026. However, the content of these exams is now fully aligned with the GMC's UKMLA Content Map, expanding the syllabus to approximately 430 conditions and removing the previous specialty mapping grids.
How much do PLAB and UKMLA courses cost?
