St Luke's Hospice Sheffield

St Luke's is a specialist palliative care provider serving adults aged 18+ across Sheffield with terminal illnesses including cancer, neurological conditions, heart, kidney, lung disease, and HIV. The hospice provides multi-disciplinary in-patient and community-based care, symptom management, pain relief, and psychosocial support for patients and their families, with no charge to patients. Services include 24-hour specialist care at the In Patient Centre, community nursing at home, and social prescribing for practical, exercise, wellbeing and creative activities. Bereavement support is offered to families after loss.
