DermOwl provides specialist ST3 Dermatology interview training and CV coaching for junior doctors competing for National Training Numbers. Founded in 2015 by Consultant Dermatologists Dr Natalia Spierings and Dr Fiona Worsnop, the provider addresses a gap in dermatology-specific interview guidance. Since 2016, they have coached over 200 candidates to success, with many ranking in the top four nationally.

The service includes group interview courses and one-to-one interview prep sessions that recreate the interview scenario and teach candidates to present themselves effectively. DermOwl's approach is underpinned by their own experience: both founders ranked within the top four candidates nationally at their first attempt, and their mission is to provide the most comprehensive interview skills and CV coaching for junior doctors preparing for dermatology ST3 recruitment.
