BitePACES offers two in-person PACES exam preparation courses at Guy's Hospital, London, designed for doctors preparing for the MRCP PACES clinical examination. Both formats feature real patients in authentic exam conditions, comprehensive clinical station coverage, and detailed examiner feedback.
The 1-Day Intensive Course is ideal for candidates with solid clinical experience seeking a focused refresher. Running 9am–5pm on single dates (6th and 20th June 2026), it covers every examination station and clinical consultations through 16 high-yield cases with clinical signs. Candidates work in pairs with a 1:2 patient-to-candidate ratio, spending 13 minutes per patient, and benefit from extensive feedback from course examiners. The day concludes with a mini-mock exam.
The 3-Day Comprehensive Course provides in-depth preparation over two full days (Days 1–2: 9am–5pm in-person at Guy's) plus a virtual half-day (Day 3: morning lecture plus afternoon breakout-room role-play practice with examiners). Candidates encounter 25–30 high-yield cases across all stations, spending 12–17 minutes per patient with detailed feedback from examiners throughout. Day 3 focuses on communication skills with hands-on practice and dedicated examiner feedback in breakout rooms.
