    Course Format

    There are 5 brief modules in the course, and it will take you about 2 hours to complete them all. You have videos to watch, text to read and exercises to complete. As you learn the theory, interactive elements and exercises keep you interested.

    You will see two doctors, Douglas and Magdalena, address the same conversation in various ways along the road. Will they ever get it right?

    Additionally, you will complete a number of introspective exercises that are intended to personalise your learning and help you pinpoint doable improvements. You document your work in the accompanying digital workbook so that it will be available for future use. Within 10 days of receiving your completed workbook, we will issue your certificate for 2 CPD points.

    What Will I Learn?
