This course is designed to prepare candidates for the upcoming trauma & orthopaedics ST3 interviews. The course will feature two mock interview circuits, where you will receive feedback from experienced faculty. In addition, there will be a lecture program that will provide you with strategies for doing well at each interview station.

- Mock Interview Circuits: Candidates will participate in two mock interview circuits, each of which will consist of three stations: portfolio, prioritisation, and clinical. The interviews will be conducted under exam conditions, and you will receive feedback from faculty after each station.
- Lecture Program: The lecture program will cover the following topics:
- The interview process for trauma & orthopaedics ST3 posts
- Strategies for doing well at each interview station
- Common interview questions and how to answer them
