This half-day online course is designed to deepen participants’ understanding of workplace learning, with a particular focus on the unique features of the clinical learning environment.
Drawing on key theories of situated and active learning, the course encourages participants to reflect on their own experiences as learners and trainers. It will also equip them with practical strategies to enhance the learning environment, ultimately helping to maximise positive outcomes for all involved. Participation will contribute to continuing professional development as clinical educators.
Who Should Attend?
This course is intended for clinicians – beyond foundation training – who are actively involved in clinical teaching and committed to promoting and improving clinical learning.
