- Understanding and applying GMC guidance on maintaining clear, accurate, and timely records
- Best practices for documenting consent conversations and the appropriate use of chaperones
- Ensuring compliance with data protection laws in the creation and storage of medical records
- Recognising and avoiding common risks linked to emerging technologies and modern working practices
- Incorporating lessons from the Paterson Inquiry, with particular emphasis on producing patient-facing written communication that clearly explains diagnoses and treatment plans in accessible language
