This practical and comprehensive webinar is designed for radiographers, radiology trainees, emergency physicians, and paediatricians. It will cover a broad range of paediatric plain films, including normal variants, to enhance diagnostic confidence when reporting films from emergency departments, inpatient, and outpatient settings.
Sessions will be led by a team of experienced consultant paediatric radiologists, each an expert in their field with extensive knowledge and experience in paediatric plain films. These specialists are renowned for advancing the knowledge and skills of their peers both nationally and internationally.
Course Details:
This Infomed course has been organised to address the growing need for support among reporting radiographers in the specialist area of paediatric plain films. It offers a thorough review of paediatric plain films aimed at improving diagnostic confidence in various reporting scenarios.
Participants will gain valuable tools for accurate image interpretation, including what to look for and when to seek further advice. Radiology trainees will particularly benefit from the opportunity to review a large volume of paediatric plain films in preparation for the FRCR 2B exam.
The course is designed to be interactive, with direct participation encouraged but not required.
By the end of the webinar, participants will:
