PACES 4 Day Course Series | PACES Ahead
September 30 – October 3 BST
This 4-day event by PACES Ahead involves the opportunity to examine over 100 real patients and practice all of the skills needed to pass PACES.
The course involves lectures on:
- Physical examination
- History taking
- Communication skills
You will also have a mock PACES exam during the course.
Each candidate will get to gain hands-on experience in examining real patients with signs that are likely to come up in the PACES exam and will be given detailed feedback following their mock exam at the end of the course.
It covers all 5 stations of the PACES23 exam:
- Station 1: Communication and Respiratory
- Station 2: Consultation
- Station 3: Cardiovascular and Neurology
- Station 4: Abdominal and Communication
- Station 5: Consultation
