Our Teach the Teacher range includes a 1-day training called Mentoring Skills for Doctors. Our goal is to improve your capacity to train physicians one-on-one. Oftentimes, this involves encouraging your coworkers’ resiliency. The training is thus included in our category for probity, ethics, and resilience. In this course, medical professionals examine effective methods for mentoring, coaching, and training people. You may become the “expert assistant” who is highly regarded by others by mastering these strategies.
Why This Training?
Others can benefit greatly from the breadth and depth of information you acquire over the course of your career. Therefore, it’s crucial to share this resource properly. Otherwise, you risk losing everything you’ve learnt. Both the evolution of standards and those standards themselves must be upheld. For this reason, Good Medical Practice demands that physicians develop and keep up their teaching abilities.
There are several ways to instruct and direct the growth of others. It includes delivering lectures to sizable crowds, leading lessons for small groups, and dealing with individuals. These various situations call for various abilities. For instance, there are better solutions than “instruct and tell” when assisting someone one-on-one. Therefore, we recommend Teach the Teacher: Mentoring Skills for Doctors as a way for you to improve your abilities and succeed in this field.
Our different Medical Teaching Skills Courses draw well over 2,000 doctors each year. Therefore, you may be confident that Oxford Medical will take good care of your growth.
