It offers a platform to exchange experiences with peers, deepening your understanding and developing the skills necessary to handle situations with expertise.

Led by experienced faculty, the course features case scenarios and encourages active participation in hands-on, interactive workshops. Throughout the course, delegates will receive constructive feedback aimed at fostering practical improvement.

Designed for trainees at the ST1-ST3 levels, the course equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills required to effectively manage neurosurgical on-calls, ultimately aiming to improve patient care. Key topics include:

  • Expectations of a consultant from a junior registrar on-call
  • Insights and lessons from seasoned trainees
  • Tips for success and best practices
  • Differences between adult and pediatric neurosurgical cases
