We all have preferred ways of working and communicating, which we learn over time. These preferences can impact how we lead in different situations, such as change management, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
This course will help you understand your own working preferences and communication style, and how they impact your leadership. You will learn how to improve how you communicate and work with your team.
The course includes a mix of:
- Formal behavioural analysis
- Personal reflection
- Content delivery
- Breakout group discussion
You will be required to complete a 20-minute online behavioural analysis assessment before taking the course.
This course is led by an expert in training and risk management and is accredited for 3 CPD credits. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate of attendance.
