  • Exploration of common pitfalls associated with new technologies and evolving work methodologies, and their implications on record-keeping.
  • Delving into communication strategies with patients in light of the lessons learned from the Paterson Inquiry, focusing on effectively conveying their condition and treatment using clear and concise language.
