This course offers a practical focus on the challenging aspects of Emergency, Acute, and General Medicine presentations during the critical first hours. It features a revised programme that addresses a range of relevant clinical topics, chosen based on recent impacts and consequences from COVID-19, feedback from past delegates, and insights from a survey of emergency and acute medicine practitioners and experts.
The course is led by a faculty of experienced specialists from various hospitals in the UK and abroad, who will share their expert knowledge with front-line clinicians. It includes interactive online lectures, followed by case scenarios, discussions, and Q&A sessions.
This course also contributes to developing effective team management skills for doctors from diverse backgrounds who are actively involved in delivering emergency and acute care.
