Leaders need to understand the complexity and challenges of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in their own teams and organisations. Inclusive leadership has been shown to create more supportive and integrated teams, which leads to resilience and safety behaviours.
This Zoom course will explore the following:
- The behavioural science behind EDI and inclusivity in general
- The leadership behaviours, culture, and processes/decision-making that contribute to inclusive environments
- Strategies for creating inclusive environments
- Holding inclusive conversations
- Encouraging team collaboration and integration
- Creating psychological safety
You will also have the opportunity to review the elements that are important to include in a transformation plan for EDI.
This course is led by an expert in training and risk management and is accredited for 3 CPD credits.
