Virtual Event
March 5 @ 9:30 am – 12:30 pm GMT

The interactive course will explore the essential elements that underpin a feedback culture and its connection to behaviours that contribute to risk reduction, improvement, and wellbeing.
Weaknesses that may undermine a feedback culture will also be addressed, including the absence of interpersonal trust, leader behaviours, processes, and individual skills.
Personal approaches to delivering feedback on performance and/or addressing challenging colleague behaviours will be explored within both high- and low-risk scenarios.
The course will examine personal responses to colleague feedback and the importance of leader role-modelling. By the end of the course, delegates will:
- Be equipped with the knowledge and insights necessary to plan and implement personal behavioural change.
- Be able to identify strengths, weaknesses, and, from these, the actions required to support a feedback culture within their own team or organisation.
