Join us at the Clinical Anatomy Skills Centre (CASC) for an immersive, hands-on experience tailored for core trainees with an interest in orthopaedics, particularly those at the ST1-3 level.
Expert Instruction:
Our tutors are seasoned Orthopaedic Surgeons, bringing a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to the course.
Hands-On Training:
Participants will gain invaluable hands-on experience using fresh/frozen cadaveric material. The programme covers essential procedures, including:
- Approaches to ankle fractures, including fixation of the lateral and medial malleolus
- Cannulated screw fixation of the posterior malleolus
- Dynamic Hip Screw (DHS) fixation of intertrochanteric fractures
- Volar approach plating of wrist fractures
